Dependable, solid construction, comfortable and has functions that remotes in this price range has no business having. Bottom line, this is the remote I recommend to anyone who needs one. As I was reading the negative feedback for this remote, it kinda made me laugh. These people obviously A. have no idea what they are talking about, and/or B. Obviously didn't read the manual. I have used this remote for the last 8 months and have had nothing but great operation.
I do have to admit though, the manual isn't the most self explanatory as it could be, there is definitely room for improvement. It's all in there, but you need to search for it. Also, some buttons that are nice to have for the devices (ex. subtitles on DVD mode) are not on the remote, but can be substituted for other buttons like the Favorites button that is unused on some devices. All in all best I have found, and I have been loooking.
